At Quality Inn, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team. This includes arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as planning and controlling budgets and expenditures.

You will also be responsible for supervising other workers, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences. Additionally, you will oversee the classification and rating of occupations, plan and develop recruitment strategies, and manage contracts.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, as well as negotiating collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.

Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and will be proficient in Microsoft Office. You will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
