Human Resources Generalist

Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced HR Manager/People and Culture Manager to join a dynamic organization in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits
- Develop and implement HR strategies and processes to support organizational growth and development
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Manage employee records, inquiries, and employee relations issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a unionized work environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
