Job Description

As a Human Resources Consultant at HLL Consulting, you will be responsible for providing expert human resources advice and guidance to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures
  • Providing training and development opportunities to employees
  • Coordinating employee communications and events
  • Conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback
  • Assisting with recruitment and hiring processes

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest human resources trends and best practices, as well as providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on a wide range of human resources issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location

This role is based in our office located in downtown Toronto. While we are a remote-friendly company, this role requires regular in-person meetings and client interactions.
