Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PREMIUM FOODS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the office, ensuring seamless communication among team members. This includes opening and distributing mail and other materials, as well as recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

In addition to these tasks, the Administrative Assistant will determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, management, and clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
