Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited in Calgary. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

About the Job:

This role involves providing administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Front Desk Reception: Greet clients, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general information about the company.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, order materials, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into various systems, including HR software and databases.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as event planning, marketing campaigns, and research initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for administration, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of administrative experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
