Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Peel Logistics Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Evaluate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Provide administrative support for various office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in budget planning and management, ensuring accurate inventory and financial controls
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • Degree equivalent to a secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience of 1-6 months in an administrative role
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with a standard work week of 35-40 hours
  • Work language: English
  • Permanent employment opportunity
Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
