We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at LNS Holdings Co. Ltd. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as establishing and implementing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Train other workers.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Manage training and development strategies.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Benefits
