Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Company Overview: At CANADA LIMITED, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
We are seeking an administrative professional with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and relay messages, responding to electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting visitors and directing them to contacts or service areas, and typing and proofreading correspondence and documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordinating Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments on behalf of management and staff members.
- Telephone and Electronic Enquiries: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members, respond to electronic enquiries from clients and other stakeholders.
- Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas, type and proofread correspondence and documents.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure with tight deadlines. They must have strong attention to detail and be able to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a large workload.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits, including health and dental insurance, RRSP matching, and paid time off.
