About the Role

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, with benefits including comprehensive health insurance, dental care, and a generous paid time off package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members and clients.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type, proofread, and distribute correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or equivalent in a related field.
