Role Description:
The primary purpose of the Senior Solution Sales Executive is to achieve their overall revenue goal by creating a comprehensive territory business plan that generates at least 4x their quota in pipeline opportunity. This involves identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing and driving strategy, and positioning SAP's executive team to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and close deals
- Work with the Sales Manager and team to educate target accounts on SAP's solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals
- Uncover and run sales cycles based on opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead
- Collaborate with the VAT team on sales campaigns
- Establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
- Secure new business opportunities within named customers
- Develop sales best practices to secure repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
- Experience selling to CXOs
- Proven track record in target achievement
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
- Fluent in French
- Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
