Administrative Officer: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at First Light Immigration Consultancy Inc. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all office activities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and training as required.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Carry out administrative activities such as data entry, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain accurate records.
- Perform duties related to payroll administration, including processing payrolls and maintaining employee records.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also be responsible for resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
This is a permanent position offering 30-40 hours of work per week. We offer competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
