Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Maurya Contractor Inc. as an Office Operations Coordinator.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support, implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and overseeing office operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Reviewing and evaluating existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegating tasks to office support staff and ensuring that deadlines are met;
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed;
  • Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Performing data entry tasks;
  • Training staff members on new procedures and software;
  • Monitoring and evaluating office operations to ensure that they are running smoothly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role; and
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Maurya Contractor Inc.
