Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Triple Gold Trucking. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of our office.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Prioritization and Task Management: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgetary Control: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration.

Requirements:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Will train on the job.

Benefits:

  • This is a permanent position.
  • The working language is English.
  • The working hours are 35 per week.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
