We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Triple Gold Trucking.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, ensuring they align with company policies and standards.
  • Establish work priorities, guaranteeing that tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office services, such as procurement, relocation, equipment maintenance, supplies, forms disposal, parking, security services, and budget control.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory controls.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence by assembling data.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
