Job Description

As an Enterprise Business Development Lead at Tenth Revolution, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruitment consultants and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales approaches.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A proven track record of sales leadership experience in the staffing industry, preferably with a focus on IT recruitment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  3. Able to demonstrate previous experience as a Manager/Associate Vice President or equivalent role.

Must have the ability to train and develop junior staff, ensuring they reach their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the business.
