Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, offering a diverse range of digital display advertising solutions. Our goal is to help customers find and discover what they're looking for. We provide strategic, highly targeted self-service advertising products that enable brands to reach Amazon customers effectively.

This role presents an opportunity to sell world-class personalization technologies and drive sales across multiple platforms to new and existing small-to-medium brand and performance advertisers. You will also have the chance to grow and retain revenue from existing advertisers.

The ideal candidate should have a consultative selling style and be able to guide customers towards their goals by optimizing for the long-term. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting, penetrating, and developing executive-level relationships with clients, uncovering their business needs
  • Retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers
  • Driving deals to closure in a new business environment
  • Influencing decision-making by leading with data and understanding how Amazon's products and tools can help build relevant advertising solutions
  • Delivering exceptional sales and customer service
  • Utilizing sales CRM to measure progress against pertinent sales activities and opportunities

To succeed in this role, you should have 1+ years of B2B sales experience, experience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce, and expertise in account management and selling digital media. Additionally, you should have experience with high-level negotiation, successful internal and external relationship management, and a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals. A demonstrated ability to turn data into insights through reporting and storytelling is also essential.
