Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategic plans, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
