About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive conversion, global growth, and customer adoption. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights, machine learning techniques, and creative copywriting to deliver impactful user experiences.

Your primary focus will be on designing and launching email campaigns, personalized nurture programs, and triggered programs to engage users at every stage of their journey with Stripe. You'll also set key metrics, objectives, and measures of success for each initiative, ensuring ongoing optimization and improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Drive conversion of self-serve user base through targeted marketing efforts
  • Develop ML-driven email campaigns and personalized nurture programs to fuel global growth
  • Design and execute email marketing experiments to test hypotheses, learn from results, and iterate on approach
  • Set key metrics, objectives, and measures of success for each initiative, overseeing reporting and performance analysis
  • Partner with Product Marketing and User Experience Research teams to understand funnel performance, identify customer pain points, generate insights, and ideate solutions
  • Collaborate with Growth Data Science and Engineering teams to leverage data and ML-driven techniques to create sequenced, personalized programs and user experiences
  • Maintain high bar for marketing creative and copy, partnering with Design team to deliver world-class campaigns with high-quality design
About You

We're looking for someone with 7+ years of work experience, preferably in a marketing role designing and launching campaigns. Your skills should include analyzing and taking action on campaign performance, writing marketing briefs, and leveraging data and ML-driven techniques. Preferred qualifications include experience in technology industry marketing, Fintech or B2B Software industries, and working as a marketing expert in a cross-functional growth team.

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office.
