Job Title: Mitigation Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Manager to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the execution of mitigation projects, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team delivers high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of professionals in executing mitigation projects, including tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services
* Focus on providing excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the work performed and that their needs are met
* Foster a positive working relationship with other departments, providing support and assistance as needed
* Be a great representative of our brand, embodying the values and principles that guide our company
* Ensure that crews are ready to handle the day's projects, conducting team huddles to review plans and assignments
* Meet with clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinions
* Re-inspect job sites for quality control, ensuring that work meets our high standards
* Issue resolution - serve as the point of contact for customers with questions and concerns, resolving issues in an effective and timely manner
