Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Manager to lead our disaster response team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our mitigation projects are completed on budget and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of disaster response professionals in providing emergency services to customers affected by disasters.
  • Ensure that our team's performance meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in disaster response or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
