Overview


Paul Davis Restoration of Charlotte is a leading provider of disaster recovery and restoration services in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC.



Job Summary


We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, to lead our mitigation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing restoration services, responding to emergency situations, and providing exceptional customer service.



About the Role


The Mitigation Manager will be responsible for:



  • Responding to emergency situations, including water damage, fire, smoke, and mold remediation
  • Overseeing restoration services, including equipment maintenance and expendables management
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including communicating with customers and adjusters
  • Training and supervising technicians to ensure they meet company standards


Requirements



  • High School diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • IICRC certifications in Water Restoration Technician, ASD, Fire & Smoke Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation (PDR Certification)
  • Xactimate/Symbility estimating software skills required
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently and work in confined spaces
