Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Disaster Response Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster of Calgary. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for conducting emergency restoration services at client sites, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct emergency restoration services at client sites, including fire and flood damage repair
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the quality of work
  • Inspect materials and equipment before each job to ensure they are in good working order
  • Update job information, payroll, and timekeeping using our systems
  • Manage work assignments within allocated units, recording materials and equipment used on work orders
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements
  • Facilitate customer inspections after completion, obtain signatures, and process payments
  • Handle re-service requests promptly and courteously
  • Provide training to crew helpers on job specifications

Compensation

The salary for this position is $20.50 - $26.75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
