Job Summary

NANDLAL PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours of work per week
