Finton Travel Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventorying.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
