Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
    • Assist with the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on new administrative procedures and ensure they are followed.
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
    • Assist in the preparation of periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
