Job Summary

Aruna Health Care Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and contributing to the achievement of the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • HR Operations: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinate the activities of the HR department, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, and supervise other workers.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, plan and develop recruitment strategies, and manage contracts.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, accurate, and ability to multitask.
