About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As a BOA, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed;
  • Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year;
  • Actively listening for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services;
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

You'll be competitively compensated with a salary range of $47,256 - $56,707 per year, plus bonus potential, profit sharing, a 401(k) or Group RRSP, and comprehensive health benefits. We also offer paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and personal days.
