Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Portfolio Manager to join our team at Associa British Columbia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential strata complexes within your portfolio.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility as a Strata Portfolio Manager will be to manage a portfolio of residential strata complexes. This will include:

  1. Portfolio Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of strata complexes within your portfolio, including managing projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors.
  2. New Complex Onboarding: Onboarding new strata complexes as new contracts are confirmed, ensuring a seamless transition for both our clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Business Operations: Prioritizing and conducting business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A valid Strata Property Management License from BCFSA.
  2. A positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering exceptional client service, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
  3. Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities, and meet precise deadlines while managing client expectations.
  4. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well independently and within a team.

  • An estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
