Job Description

The Operational Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. This includes arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office supplies
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • College or CEGEP education
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
