Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

MADHUBANI CATERING & RESTAURANT INC is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, food and beverage servers, and kitchen helpers.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets, and manage food service staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will work under pressure to meet customer demands and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
