Responsibilities:

* Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
* Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Prepare and submit reports to management on restaurant performance and operations

Requirements:

* 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service
