Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Kwality Sweets & Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work under pressure.
