Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage restaurant budgets to optimize profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to control costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, manage supplies, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to set goals, develop plans, and implement initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and promote a culture of safety among employees.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and achieve performance targets.
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and development to ensure optimal productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Balance cash, complete financial reports, and maintain accurate records to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a dynamic environment.
