Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

MADHUBANI CATERING & RESTAURANT INC is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and manage restaurant finances
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a 35-hour week
Work Environment:
