Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Culinary Specialist to join our team at Frantz Inn. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account food allergies and dietary restrictions
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
  • Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and managing kitchen resources
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on attention to detail and teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
