About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Frantz Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Culinary Leadership

Lead and motivate our culinary team to deliver exceptional results and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Supply Chain Management

Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to support our menu offerings.

Customer Service

Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their dietary needs and preferences are met.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.

Culinary Skills

Proven ability to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including menu planning and execution.

Leadership and Teamwork

Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

Communication and Problem-Solving

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
