About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Frantz Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Culinary Leadership

Lead and motivate our culinary team to deliver exceptional service and quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet our culinary needs.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Experience in a similar role is an asset.

Work Environment

Restaurant, hotel, motel, resort, or bistro setting.

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods, physically demanding work, and attention to detail.

Language

English or French.
