Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Frantz Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled cooks and kitchen staff
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of menu planning, kitchen management, and staff supervision
  • Excellent culinary skills, including cooking, plating, and presentation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
