About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing full oversight of custodial services and leadership of our team of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client-facing leadership and management of custodial services
  • Successful execution of project scope and delivery of key deliverables
  • Management of profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and health and safety
  • Building and sustaining effective working relationships with clients
  • Aligning key Dexterra contacts with corresponding roles or titles within the client organization
  • Effective communication of performance expectations, monitoring progress, and rewarding achievements
  • Talent scouting and recruitment of potential Dexterra candidates
  • Supporting career growth through personalized development plans
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing various facets of facility operations. The ideal candidate will have awareness of technical elements needed to deliver service support, including familiarity with building systems, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
