Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to provide full oversight of custodial services and leadership of our team of staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the scope of project and delivering on key deliverables for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client-facing leadership and manage profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and the health and safety of our employees.
  • Maintain a strong Account-level presence to build and sustain effective working relationships with all clients.
  • Align key Dexterra contacts with corresponding roles or titles within the client organization, creating a relationship matrix.
  • Effectively communicate performance expectations, monitor progress, and reward achievements to ensure plans, goals, and budgets are met.
  • Act as a talent scout by leveraging networks to identify, recruit, and evaluate potential Dexterra candidates.
  • Regularly review succession plans and support career growth through personalized development plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing various facets of facility operations.
  • Awareness of technical elements needed to deliver service support, including familiarity with building systems, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to effectively communicate performance expectations, monitor progress, and reward achievements to ensure plans, goals, and budgets are met.
