We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing custodial services and leading a team of staff. This role requires strong client-facing skills and the ability to deliver on key deliverables, including managing profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a strong account-level presence to build and sustain effective working relationships with clients.
  • Align key Dexterra contacts with corresponding roles or titles within the client organization, creating a relationship matrix.
  • Effectively communicate performance expectations, monitor progress, and reward achievements to ensure plans, goals, and budgets are met.
  • Act as a talent scout by leveraging networks to identify, recruit, and evaluate potential Dexterra candidates.
  • Regularly review succession plans and support career growth through personalized development plans.
  • Employ a strategic selling mindset, utilizing the Miller Heiman sales methodology and process.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing various facets of facility operations.
  • Awareness of technical elements needed to deliver services support, including familiarity with building systems, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in attracting, developing, and retaining employees, fostering a safe and supportive work environment aligned with organizational people strategies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate performance expectations, monitor progress, and reward achievements to ensure plans, goals, and budgets are met.
  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
