Job Title: Property Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Comfort Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our condominium properties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
