We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Junior Property Manager. This position will involve overseeing commercial properties, building client relationships, and managing property operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate accounts receivable collection for designated properties
  • Manage cheques, cash application, and prepare daily cash receipt lists
  • Prepare deposits, reconcile tenant accounts, and ensure accurate data entry
  • Prepare aged accounts receivable reports and rental advice notices
  • Notify utilities of meter reading requirements and billing changes
  • Maintain tenant contact lists and vendor information
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and respond to tenant inquiries
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and decision-making abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (MS Word and Excel)
  • Able to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Confidentiality and professionalism required
