Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join our team at MaxTel Investments. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in property administration and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents;
  • Negotiating or approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners;
  • Ensuring terms of lease agreements are met;
  • Hiring and supervising support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties;
  • Preparing and administering contracts for property services, such as maintenance;
  • Coordinating implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation;
  • Monitoring progress and cost of work for property owners;
  • Compiling and maintaining records on operating expenses and income;
  • Preparing expense and income reports;
  • Responding to trouble calls from clients or tenants.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
