Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services such as maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Repair Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, working closely with property owners and vendors to ensure timely completion.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress and cost of work for property owners, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
