Job Summary:
Macp is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development to lead our HR function and drive business results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive results
- Lead and manage the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and employees
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and opportunities
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of inclusion and respect
- Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure effective use of HR dollars
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in leading and building teams
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Industrial Relations or related field
- Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL or CHRE) designation
