Job Title: Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Lead the development and implementation of human resources and organizational development strategies
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize business objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets to support human resources and organizational development initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources and organizational development
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources and organizational development
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
