Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources and Organizational Development department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing and responding to office inquiries and workflow.
  • Assist with general inquiries from staff and stakeholders, directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate person.
  • Manage and maintain electronic and paper office filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and materials for the Director and other team members.
  • Provide administrative support to various HROD programs and projects.
  • Requisition supplies and receive invoices for payment.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, plus three to five years of related experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance workload requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and HROD operational software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative within the job scope.
