Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at BMW Toronto, you will be responsible for greeting and guiding customers through the sales process. You will assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle by using our current inventory information and demonstrating the features of our vehicles. You will also work with management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily and reporting any problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot.
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Demonstrate the features of our vehicles to enhance the sales process.
  • Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
  • Inspect the lot's vehicles daily and report any problems to management.
  • Work with management to ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
  • Clean and wash vehicles as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a strong track record of sales, and proficiency in basic business math. You will also need to be outgoing and friendly, with the ability to handle objections and close deals. Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not required.
