About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
- Acting as a liaison between the dealership and customers during the purchasing process
- Creating and delivering compelling sales pitches
- Listening to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
- Presenting and describing vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
- Performing vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles
About You
We are looking for a sales professional with a strong background and proven experience in sales, including:
- 1 to 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations
- Proficiency working with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
- OMVIC license in good standing and a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
